When not to watch high school movies

While high school movies can be entertaining and insightful, there are times that you may need to avoid them totally.

Below are instances when it may be advisable not to watch high school movies:

  1. If it contains triggering contents that can lead to bullying, self-harm, mental health issues, or assault
  2. Avoid movies that can cause over-identification or comparison
  3. Don’t watch movies that perpetuate negative stereotypes, such as those that portray certain groups or individuals in a caricatured manner.
  4. Avoid high school movies if there are becoming a form of procrastination or avoidance other important activities.
  5. Watching high school movies excessively can lead to fatigue or mental exhaustion which my harm your physical activities
  6. Stop watching high school movies if your body need a break, then try to engage in other activities that promote a well-rounded lifestyle.
