Moshood Abiola polytechnic which was formerly known as the ogun state polytechnic is located in Ojere, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

This institution is known for its research programs and offers pharmaceutical technology as a single course.

An ND or HND graduate from Ogun state polytechnic can also use his or her qualification to apply for direct entry admission into the university to study pharmacy.

3. The Gateway Polytechnic

Fourth on my list is the Kano state polytechnic. The Kano state polytechnic is a renowned polytechnic located in Bayero University road, Kano State.

The polytechnic has been in existence since 1975. It was formerly regulated by the National Board for Technical Education the polytechnic in 1975.

One interesting thing about the Kano state polytechnic is that it offers pharmaceutical technology as a course which can be used to apply for direct entry admission to study pharmacy professionally in any university.

5. Federal Polytechnic, Nekede

My list will never be complete if I didn’t list this polytechnic. The Federal polytechnic, Nekede, is located in Nekede, Owerri, Imo State and it is popularly known as Nekede.

One interesting thing about the Federal polytechnic, Nekede is that, it is a federal polytechnic. Secondly, the polytechnic is very popular around the south-east region of Nigeria.

This polytechnic offers pharmaceutical technology and some other professional medical courses like hospitality management,
optometry, pharmaceutical technology and science laboratory technology.

If you can earned an ND or HND in hospitality management, optometry, pharmaceutical technology and science laboratory technology in Nekede, then you can use it to apply for direct entry admission into either nursing, pharmacy, medicine and surgery, etc.

6. Osun State College of Health Technology, Ilesa

The Osun State College of Health Technology is located in Oshogbo – Ilesha Rd, 233111, Ilesa in Osun State. This is not just a College, but it is a college of health.

There are a lot professional medical courses at the Osun State College of Health Technology including pharmaceutical studies (pharmaceutical technology) which last for 3 years (Six Semesters).
