Trent International Global Citizen Scholarships and Awards in Canada for International Students

The Canadian government gives this scholarship to hundreds of students who demonstrate excellent academic, leadership potential, and community service to pursue their undergraduate degree from Trent University for 4 years.

Applicants can choose from any 105 fields, including science, communications, law, engineering, agriculture, business, etc.

This scholarship covers tuition fees and other educational costs of up to $30,000 annually and an allowance of $120,000 over a 4-year degree.

3. The Western Union Scholars Program

The Western Union Foundation (a team of 23 Western Union agents), in partnership with over 150 colleges and universities, provides scholarships to students from 100 different countries around the world.

Trent University is one of the schools in Canada under this partnership. Students can pursue their undergraduate degree in mathematics, science and technology, engineering, business, and entrepreneurship programs.

The scholarship is annual, but beneficiaries can renew them for a maximum of 4 years if they are full-time students and maintain a grade point of 74%.

5. University of Alberta Scholarships 2023/2024

The Canadian Government and Alberta Government provide scholarships for international students from all nationalities to study for their undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Alberta.

Students can choose from more than 200 undergraduate programs and 500 post-graduate degree programs.

Undergraduate students receive a student visa permit and $9,000 payable for 4 years; international Masters students will receive a stipend of $17,500 and an additional $10,000 as a cover fee.

Concordia University has a scholarship program for international students without IELTS.

This scholarship is available twice a year and only for students with outstanding academic performance and community leadership skills.
