1. Eiffel Excellence Scholarships

French Government gives out annual scholarships to international students to pursue their Master’s and Ph.D. degree programs in any French higher education institution.

The scholarship aims to attract more international students to benefit from the education sector. The scholarship lasts 12 to 36 months, depending on the degree program.

Some of the financial benefits of this scholarship include a monthly stipend (€1,181 for Master’s students and €1,700 for doctorate students), insurance, accommodation, transportation fares, international travel ticket, etc.

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarships are available only to candidates who are up to 25 years and are interested in getting a Master’s degree and those up to 30 years and wish to study for their Ph.D.

Candidates can choose to study law and political science, mathematics, and digital, biology and health, engineering sciences, economics and management, ecological transition and history, and French language and civilization.

2. The Émile Boutmy Scholarship

Émile Boutmy, the founder of Sciences Po, established this scholarship program to help some of the best international students outside the European Union get quality education.

The scholarship has many sponsors like past students, institutions, and foundations interested in allowing top students to study at the Paris Institute of Political Studies.

This fully funded scholarship lasts two years (for Master’s students) and three years (for Bachelor’s degree students).

For Bachelor’s degree beneficiaries, the Émile Boutmy Scholarship offers tuition fees between €3,900 to €14,210 each year, while Master’s degree beneficiaries are entitled to €13,100 each year.

Students who are first-time candidates from a non-European Union state and have not paid taxes to the European Union are eligible for the scholarship.

3. Sophie Germain Master’s Scholarship

Sophie Germain Master’s Scholarship made it to our list of scholarships in France without IELTS.

The member institutions of the Mathematics Foundation Jacques Hadamard in France host this scholarship program for both domestic and international students who wish to pursue their Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in mathematics and application.

This scholarship offer lasts a year or 2 for Master’s students and 4 years for Ph.D. students.

Master’s students under this scholarship receive €11,000 each year; foreign Master’s students will also receive €2,000 fixed compensation allowance, booking accommodation, and necessary household items up to the value of €100.

Doctorate students will get €10,000, an annual tuition fee of €500, and international students will additionally get accommodation and an allowance of  €2,000 for travel and visa.

4. Erasmus Mundus Joint Scholarship

The European Union gives this scholarship to students willing to pursue their Master’s degree in any European university or any other participating university, even without the IELTS exam.

This scholarship is open to students from any country to study any of the over 116 master’s programs. The Erasmus Mundus Scholarship lasts between 12 to 24 months.

Scholarship benefits include tuition fees, travel allowances, monthly stipends, full insurance coverage, library and laboratory costs, and other educational expenses.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must have an undergraduate degree and currently be at a Master’s level at the time of application.

5. Ampère & MILYON Scholarships

The Ampère and MILYON scholarship in France without IELTS is from ENS de Lyon and Partners to students who wish to enroll in any of its Master’s programs.

This scholarship is open to international students and awards up to €1,000 every month for one or two years, depending on the degree program.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must show excellent academic performance and a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with good grades.

6. French Government Latvian Scholarship

The French Government Latvian Scholarship offers financial support to students without IELTS.

The Government of France- Embassy of France in Latvia provides this scholarship to only students who are citizens or have permanent residency in France.

The scholarship allows students to study in France for 9 to 12 months.

Some of the financial benefits available in this scholarship are living allowance, registration, and social security up to the amount of €620 to €770.

7. École Normale Supérieure Scholarships

Through the French Embassy in Indonesia, the French government gives scholarships to students without IELTS.

This scholarship is only for students from Indonesia who want to do their second year Master’s degree in France. Students can choose from any of the over 20 courses available.

The scholarship comes with benefits like visa allowance to France, basic health insurance, accommodation, CVEC fee, and living allowance up to €860 each month.
