Step 1:

The first step is to visit the online application portal via this link here. On arriving at the portal, click on “Start now” as shown in the picture below.

Step 2:

In step 2, you will be required to select where you will love to live in the U.K. If you wish to live in the Crown Dependencies like Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man, then select “Yes” else, select “No” and click on “Continue“.

Step 3:

In step 3, confirm the type of visa you want to apply for from the two options as shown below and after that, click on the “Next” button.

  1. Visit a UK immigration office and have your photograph and fingerprints taken
  2. Get the appropriate documents required and print your application.

Step 4:

In step 4, you will be required to select the country which you would like to provide your biometrics from. Scroll down to the entry form and select “Nigeria” and click on the “Next” button to proceed.

Step 5:

In step 5, you are to select the available visa application center location. There are two options for this as shown in the image below. Select one option and click on “Next” to proceed.

Step 6:

After step 6, you will be redirected to the Visa application portal. On this page, click on “Apply now

In step 7, you are to select your application option. If you are starting the application, then select “Start a new application“.

In step 8, you will be required to follow the following steps as also shown on the image below:

  1. Start: This will require you to enter your email and password and save them for your account
  2. Application: This will require you to fill and submit the application form
  3. Documents: This will give you access to upload the needed documents.
  4. Declaration: This will require you to make an official declaration

Now that you are in step three, select the visa type that you want to apply for as shown in the image, and click “Next Step” to proceed. You can also select “show all” to view all visa fees for Study.

Step 4: 

In step 4, select the visa sub-type or select “show all” to view all fees for a student visa and click on the “Next Step” button to proceed as shown below.

Step 5:

If you have completed step 4, you will be shown the amount of money you will have to pay for the visa, depending on the kind of student visa that you choose.
